Pathalize
AI Client Portals
Pathalize started as a strange observation. The mechanic behind our family chore app, someone marks work done and something else verifies it before anyone gets credit, is the same mechanic agencies need with clients. Different customer, identical trust problem.
In agency work the failure mode is quiet. A team member ticks a task complete, it goes to the client, and the client is the one who discovers the requirement that got missed. That conversation costs more than the rework does.
So Pathalize checks the deliverable against its acceptance criteria at the moment someone marks it done, before the client sees it. Work that scores low gets flagged for a human rather than blocked outright, because a confident wrong rejection is worse than a missed check.
The rest is the boring stuff agencies actually ask for: a white-label portal per client on your own domain, timelines with dependencies so a blocked task unlocks itself when the blocker clears, and automated nudges so nobody spends Monday morning chasing people for status.
Building the consumer version first was accidental but useful. Families are unforgiving testers. If the verification is annoying or wrong, a ten year old will tell you immediately.
