Pause Point
Set-it-and-forget-it Apple Watch app for nervous system regu
I built Pause Point — an Apple Watch app that gives a gentle haptic cue when your body's heading into fight-or-flight, no tracking or logging required. Launched a few weeks ago, sitting around $100 revenue, mostly friends and family so far.
The single most consistent piece of feedback my co-founder and I have gotten, across totally different people, isn't about the app itself — it's "I don't have an Apple Watch." We're now seriously considering building out the phone side of the app to be genuinely useful on its own — not a full replacement for the automatic Watch experience, but an on-demand version for people who don't own a Watch at all.
Curious if anyone else building hardware-dependent products has run into this — did you go all-in on the primary device, or build a scaled-down version for people without it? How did you decide?
About
As an overstimulated mom who kept hitting her breaking point without warning, I needed help. So I built Pause Point — a gentle Apple Watch nudge before you snap, not after. No tracking. No logging. Nothing to open.
