Io games are a series of real-time multiplayer games.
Our game is on IOS and itchio. Would you like to take a look at it and give us some feedback? Note: We are aware of the 1'th problem. We will fix it in the first update. :)
Our game was almost ready but there was something missing. We had some good feedback from the users but we wanted to make better visuals with better animations, effects. After a day searching for better visuals and themes we had a better theme with cats instead of humans. If you ask why cats? It is just because cats are adorable and everyone loves them. Also why not? After changing the main character to the cats we have created a better story with the theme. You control an adorable cat and try to find more people to follow you. It is like these Instagram pages of cats. Imagine you represent a cat Instagram page and people like it when they see you. If you meet with another cat and if they have more follower than you, your followers will join them. Try to make people follow you. That is the main idea of the game. Also, we fixed some bugs related to the map and made some optimization on the game. After all, it was ready for publishing.

We were pretty focused on mobile games. It was an exhausting time for us because we were trying to make one game every week! Each week a new game can you imagine that? It is frustrating and complex at the same time because you need to think a lot of things at once. Then something happened. My collaborator's brother has an idea about the player going old and getting crowded as you grow old. (Just like you grow a family and the family gathers around you). It was a great idea, perhaps there could be some improvements. After a couple of different brainstorming sessions, we agreed on working on the crowd mechanics. It was a good idea.

Level design is really hard and it takes a lot of effort. I made some level designs in our previous games but in every game, you will face new difficulties to solve. I was assigned to designing level for this game. It took me 2 days to create one level. I created paths for AI(artificial intelligence)'s. The game requires AI to move on its own and travel around the map so you can grab them. The first version was working with paths and waypoints then we decided, it was a cheap way to do this and it is not really randomized. (If this was not randomized, players could just wait in a place for AI and grab them). Then I changed it to Navigation Mesh agents and created a randomized map for the AI. After adding the models and animations to the game it was all a lot better.
