PayFlow
Automated invoice chasing for freelancers
Every freelancer knows the feeling. You deliver the work, the client is happy, and then... silence on the invoice. Weeks go by. You write a polite follow-up. Then another. It's demoralizing and it takes time away from actual work.
I built PayFlow to solve this. It automatically sends follow-up emails when invoices go overdue — friendly at day 7, firmer at day 14, final notice at day 21. It also tracks which clients pay slowest so you know who's worth keeping.
Just launched at usepayflow.com. Still early — would love feedback from anyone who freelances.
About
Freelancers do the work, deliver on time, then spend weeks chasing payments. Asking for money feels awful — so most don't. PayFlow automates the whole process so you get paid without the awkward emails.

What stood out to me wasn't the reminder sequence—it was treating payment history as a signal for future client decisions, not just a collections problem.
Sometimes the biggest value isn't recovering one invoice, it's helping you decide who you probably shouldn't work with again.
