Peachweb
Elevated SaaS web design subscription
The first week I launched Peachweb (https://peachweb.com) I ran lead generation ads on Facebook.
That means instead of driving people to your page or generation impressions for your brand, I skipped to the end part and said, just sign up already!
So you can see why this failed. Nobody knew (or knows) the brand of Peachweb yet, so obviously they wouldn't be too excited to give me their data.
This is my new plan, courtesy of Everlane's strategy that they published as a talk. I watched it on YouTube, but I can't find it now. (Sorry about that.)
THE PLAN
-
Run brand awareness campaigns just to get known within my audience. This means I am not trying to convert or get clicks. I am just putting the imagery, story, and values of brand in front of people so they warm up to the general idea of Peachweb. (Which at this point, in their mind, is vaguely a peach and plum color scheme with themes of outer space and something about UX design.)
-
In two weeks I will run conversion campaigns to get people to download a free offering from Peachweb. This will warm (some) people up to my brand more. I say some because it's the nature of marketing funnels to lose some people along the way. But the audience that sticks around is warmer for it.
-
In 4 weeks I will run a campaign for lead generation. Maybe. I'm not sure about this one yet. We're still a ways out, so I will see where the first two points lead me.
Let me know what your thoughts are.
At Peachweb (https://peachweb.com) I offer web design for SaaS. My strategy to get rid of all obstacles between me and my clients by offering insane value at a mutually beneficial and transparent fee. Can you tell I was inspired by $100m offers?
My monthly fee for the design subscription is $3,000. Here's how I came to that.
First I realized what was really happening: My clients, instead of reserving me at a project rate (easily 5 figures) once or twice a year, were "buying a day" of mine at a discounted rate because they were ordering in bulk (30 days) and all at once.
From there I reasoned that $100 would be a good discounted rate.
However, now I think I should aim more for $150 per day. I have a day rollover policy (any days you don't use my services during your actively subscribed month will rollover to the next month) and I think that easily makes $150 reasonable.
What do you think?

About
I love to design, and I love elevating my clients' SaaS companies. I wished there were no obstacles to delivering value for my clients, and with some inspiration, came to the idea of Peachweb.

Don't spend a single dollar on advertising with brand advertising as a goal for a startup. It's the easiest thing to light your resources (time and money) on fire. 99% of the time, I wouldn't recommend pre PMF companies to spend advertising dollars unless your scope is very limited and you have a specific and attainable goal in mind with a budget in mind.
I think you're right, I paused the ads earlier today. I should focus on sales if anything
Great tips - thanks so much. Love the site and will keep our service in mind...
Love the website, the colors and fonts ๐ it does sound like a good plan and you seem zeroed in on your objective which is inspiring!
Unlike some said in this thread ๐ฌ I think your pricing is more than reasonable. Iโve seen businesses pay tens of thousands on designs so youโre well within range for the kind of service you offer.
I wish Iโd know my audience better, marketing can be a hard battle but you seem to have a good head start! Keep it up Diana!
Hey friend, I am interested to see how this strategy works for yah... Please keep us posted.
I have a strategy that IS working for me right now that you might want to try.
For context, I own 2 SaaS companies doing roughly $400k ARR and have spend thousands of dollars attempting to break through in the world of paid advertising.
Here is the ONLY strategy that has worked for us so far.

The cliff notes are...
1.) Write a guild for people in your industry "5 easy ways to spend less time on graphic design"
2.) Make #1 or #2 your service
3.) Drive paid traffic to the post targeting your ICP
4.) Retarget people who clicked the post
This is a much more clickable strategy because you are NOT directly selling in the AD. Instead you are offering advice/support.
Natural human curiosity will do the rest. FOMO if you will.
Here is how we did it.
Results
I have spent a total of $251.45 resulting in $500 in MRR!!!
Hope this helps.
Sincerely,

Thank you for sharing this! I will think on it for the second phase of my strategy.
No problem! Sorry for blowin up your post with stupid comments. haha
No worries at all!
I checked your website but to be honest not impressed by UX UI of your website.
Plans are way too costly.
you need to do market research for a price point that attracts customers
Also Your own website needs a huge liftup with all portfolio section
Reviews and All Marketing on page stuff.
Simply Go to Websites of top Guns in your Niche and Ananlyze and implement before you Run ADS.
Hope it helps
Don't listen to this person ๐๐ผ
According to IH you are already making $3,500 a month... Which is AMAZING! You are well on your way. Congrats on the success.
I have seen competitors charge WAY more for less services.
With that being said, I have spent THOUSANDS on paid aids for SaaS businesses and am by no means an expert, but I have found a strategy that is working for us and might work for you too.
I will post it in a different comment
Yeah, I think you're right. I covered in my last post that the price is basically a month of UX designer day rates at a great discount. ($100 a day)
you live in another planet it seems where people spend millions on web designs.
or... and this might hurt a little bit... you don't run a businesses and know what people are willing to pay...
He is clearly not selling to you... he is selling to businesses and his service is WAY cheaper than hiring... I would argue his prices are too cheap...
Have a good day keyboard warrior
Look who is talking A snub Man having 19 Youtube subscribers and two Non-Traffic websites
i m just trying to show him what is true what you are trying is to sell some garbage plan that never worked for you
I tell yah what. We can let the people who read this decide.
Listen to the guy with 2 multi-million dollar SaaS companies offering up a play by play ads strategy.
Or
The guy in India with zero followers, offering arguably zero help, with zero proof that he can do anything but clip Andrew Tate videos on Insta.
Not a burn... both our resumes are out there... lets let the people decide...
PS: Don't worry about responding... You already WON! You took even 1 second of my time today. Which is WAY more than you're worth. Congrats! I am done. โ๐ผ
Why are you responding bro if you are so busy with work seems no one is buying the stuff you are offering to your 19 subscribers.leave Multimillion i bet you are far from revenue.
Zero help is something you are giving with wrong advice and making it charming
Lastly India is Land which runs entire SAAS industry From Google to microsoft.
Hopefully you understand that i m not bragging anything like you are doing as it's worthless to Show what i have got in front of SNUBS with no subs...ha ha ha...have a great day
Great plan. I think it would work this time around. People needs warm up ๐. Just as it needed in the gym ๐
This seems like a solid strategy! I'm no facebook ads expert, but my team and I ran them before and got a couple of hundred downloads. The overall strategy was relatively similar. We used dynamic video ads and tried to do impression-based.
This is probably something you're already doing, but if you can, make sure to use a look-alike audience (ideally based on the emails of people who have already purchased your product).
It also is worth it to set up re-targeting campaigns for people that convert on your CTAs (e.g. retarget with cheap Google banner ads or something)
Thanks for your thoughts Adam. I'll definitely use a lookalike audience. Also, set up a retargeting pixel. I've been putting that off, so thanks for reminding me.
Hey Diana, I was scrolling through Indie and I saw your Business. I find it really interesting when you have a sec lets chat.
