Pentaclay

While roaming I found there are hundreds of subscription-based service agencies. Not only in design, but also development, content writing, video editing and SEOs.

I found some interesting design ideas, I found I need to build more trust and credibility through pentaclay.com.

So I added Testimonials, Services, Updated Pricing Plans, FAQs and many more. Take a look at the new revamped website.

I'm still yet ZERO client. :(

1. Cold Emails: I made and collected a list of founders, owners, and CEOs. Started reaching them with cold emails. I got a couple of responses back and two intro calls. But no conversion. :(

2. LinkedIn Company Profile: Created a company profile and started sharing my UI/UX designs.

3. Facebook Page: Created Pentaclay Facebook page and started sharing my designs.

4. Product Hunt: Not launched to Product Hunt yet, but preparing for a big launch.

5. Dribbble Boost: Trying Dribbble boosting services, I'll share a detailed report with the results.

After initial research, my first step was to find a good name/domain which is Pentaclay. Then I bought a web flow template, customized the template heavily, and launched MVP within 28 days.

Then next step is to figure our marketing strategy and payments.

As a designer with 11+ years of experiences, I got tired of making project proposals, bargaining, and setting hourly or fixed rates for each client.

I found their were other designers who already started providing design services as a subscription.
