Built MVP, launched first Survey

We coded like crazy to built our first MVP, which was an automated employee engagement survey. This was the first step to build a software to help build better managers. First survey went to a startup with 128 people. We got an incredible 80%+ participation rate and the founder got so impressed with the tool, he recommended us to many companies including GE Digital. Never looked back since then :)
