March 28, 2026 Generate KSeF-compliant XML for Polish SMEs (The Fast Way)

Following up on my post about Belgium’s PEPPOL fines—today, let’s talk about Poland and KSeF (Aplikacja Podatnika KSeF).

Polish micro and small businesses are currently navigating a massive shift. KSeF is becoming mandatory, and with it, the rules of the game have changed. Under the new mandate, every invoice must:

- Be submitted directly to the national KSeF system.

- Use the FA(3) XML format (the official logical structure).

- Pass validation before it is considered legally valid.

The bottom line: If you only send a PDF, it is no longer a legal invoice in Poland.

If you’re struggling with KSeF XML generation, I’m happy to share the tool I built or hear your feedback. I’ve also included links to the official government portals at the bottom of the page

March 27, 2026 Avoid the €1,500 Belgian Peppol fine before April 1st.

If you're a freelancer or small business in Belgium, this is urgent.

In 4 days, the “grace period” ends.

From April 1st, sending a PDF invoice is not enough anymore.

I’ve been digging into this over the past weeks, and the frustrating part is that many people will get fined not because they refuse to comply.

What I built (side project)

- Generates valid Peppol XML

- Gives you PDF + XML

- No signup

- Free

- Works well on mobile (you can literally do it from your phone)

It’s not an accounting system.

It’s just a simple bridge to get a compliant invoice out.

If this helps even a few people avoid a penalty, it was worth building.
