One thing we kept seeing with startups and small businesses:

They know they need to market themselves.

But actually doing it is a different story.

You need to understand your audience, decide what to promote, research competitors, create content, run campaigns, manage ads, and keep doing it consistently.

For a small team, that can quickly become overwhelming.

So we decided to build PersonaXpand.

What is PersonaXpand?

PersonaXpand is an AI-powered marketing platform designed to help businesses go from “I need to market this” → to an actual marketing campaign.

The idea is simple:

Turn Every Customer Into a Conversation.

Instead of jumping between multiple tools, PersonaXpand brings key parts of the marketing workflow together.

You tell it about your business and what you want to promote.

PersonaXpand helps with:

• Understanding your target audience

• Identifying the right campaign approach

• Researching competitors and market positioning

• Creating campaign strategies

• Generating marketing content

• Creating campaign visuals

• Supporting Google and Meta advertising

• Recommending how to allocate your advertising budget

The important part for us is that AI doesn't completely take over the decision-making.

We believe humans should stay in control.

AI can analyse, recommend, and create.

You decide what actually goes live.

Why are we building this?

There are already hundreds of AI marketing tools.

But many of them solve one small part of the problem.

One tool for content.

Another for images.

Another for ads.

Another for analytics.

Another for audience research.

We wanted to explore something different:

What if AI could connect these pieces into one practical marketing workflow?

That's the problem we're working on.

Where we are right now

PersonaXpand is currently being developed and tested with real businesses.

We're still learning.

We're still changing things.

And we're definitely not claiming we've figured out marketing.

That's actually why I'm posting here.

I'd love feedback from people who have built SaaS products, run agencies, worked in marketing, or struggled with marketing their own startups.

We're building PersonaXpand in public as much as possible, so I'll share what we learn along the way.
