PharmOSy

The operating system for modern pharmacies

August 21, 2026 I built PharmOSy as an operating system for modern pharmacies

Community pharmacies are taking on more clinical work, but many operational processes are still split between paper, spreadsheets and disconnected systems. That creates duplicated effort and makes it harder to deliver a consistent patient experience.

PharmOSy brings the workflow into one browser-based platform. The current product includes thirteen clinical service modules, structured consultations, SBAR referrals, prescription ordering, appointment booking and patient notifications.

The goal is not to add another isolated pharmacy tool. It is to create one practical operating layer for the work pharmacy teams do every day. I would value feedback from pharmacy owners and clinicians on which service workflow should be made fastest first.

The operating-layer framing is the strongest part here. Bringing clinical and operational workflows into one system makes the product more consequential than another isolated pharmacy tool.
