Photile for Instagram
Create photo collages from your Instagram photos easily
First version of the landing page is published. It describes what Photile is (a tool for creating photo collages from your Instagram photos quickly and easily) and how can you use it.
The landing page is not great, but I think it is not terrible either. I've been contemplating on the design for too long and I forced myself to finish this and to release it to the mercy of the internet.
I've been testing Figma to design this and so far I'm totally in love with it.
Created personal profile on Indie Hackers website and added Photile as a product.
I believe success is imminent 🎉
It will be interesting to see how many new visitors will I get from the platform. I'm continuing working on finishing landing page and launching the product.

After months of switching between different hosting solutions (from Google Cloud, to AWS Lambda) I finally settled on using now.sh for hosting the "server" part of the app using serverless Golang functions and using Netlify to host user facing ReactJS app.
Shared the project with a couple of developers friends to gather their feedback.

Decided to learn ReactJS and Golang and use the idea of generating photo collages from Instagram photos as a base.
I started to write an article on Medium "How to get from 0 to 100 Instagram followers in a year and a half" as a satiric article about dirty tactics and follower purchasing. Couldn't find a simple tool to generate collage from my Instagram photos and turned my focus from the article to programming :)

Started as way for me to learn Golang and ReactJS, moved into learning serverless and finally learning product launching and marketing.
