It's been a busy couple of weeks for me, visiting friends and family over the Christmas period and also fining time to code changes to my side project. But I'm happy to announce my first changes to the app based on user feedback.

The UX has been significantly changed to make creating a photo wall on your phone much easier.

I've been tweaking away at this idea for some time, but joining indiehackers has given me the motivation to go public with version one of my app, currently available only on android, check it out at https://pici.ly, still got a long way to go. Plan now is to go out there and start getting some initial feedback. It's crazy that I've come this far without doing any market research, but no time like the present to get started :)
