Does the system priortize any marketplace during hight demand-situations or is it fully balanced?

Hi, our algorithm is not prioritizing any marketplace over another, we optimize for lowest delays of any order.

        Interesting approach.

Does the platform support their internal ordering system? A lot of people are getting sick of all the apps and added fees and are going back to ordering food directly from the restaurant. Obviously, that's added complexity to support, since it's not just a single API or whatever for every restaurant.

Hi, we have an integration layer that works with APIs and Webhooks which can be easily set up to also accommodate restaurant systems directly.

Solving the 'fragmented dashboard' problem is huge. My friend spends more time jumping between apps than actually managing his kitchen. Does your platform also consolidate the analytics/reporting from all these channels into one view, or just the order management?

Hi Martin, thanks for your question. We do have consolidated reporting to provide full visibility across all order sources as well as store/restaurant operations.

    How does it works?

Hi, our platform allows a retailer or a restaurant consolidate all orders from multiple platforms in one place. It also includes catalog sync so you don't need to connect to multiple dashboards and update information there.
