Pitch Bear (Exited)
Database of 1500+ investors to fund your startup
I built this tiny site over the weekend as a free resource for founders to discover pitch decks from popular startups before they were famous.
We just launched on Product Hunt today and would love your support! https://www.producthunt.com/posts/billion-dollar-pitch-decks
It took 6 weeks, but I'm finally done building the minimum viable product for Pitch Bear. I worked mostly nights and weekends, and I coded the whole thing in Ruby on Rails since that's that I'm the most comfortable with. In hindsight, there were a few features I built that probably could've waited until later. But I'm excited to start talking to customers and see what they think about the product so far!
Today we got our first paying customer for Pitchbear.com. It was for our monthly database subscription of $15. It's a very small amount but feels amazing! Just 99 more of these and I'll be exactly where I want to be with my business. If you haven't already, check out the website and give me your feedback :)

YESSSSS you'll always remember your first one!
Are you in the U.S.? Then I'm not your client, sorry (.
What is missing from the screenshot you provide is:
- Location (some investors love to support local businesses)
- Field of investment (some investors look only into B2B startups, others prefer a particular field like EdTech).
- A typical check size.
- LinkedIn profile link.
Also, do you list Business Angels? Because this is what an early-stage startup would look for, especially if you target Indie Hackers. By the time you get to pitch scary people like "Senior Partners", you are probably using your own network (and LinkedIn) rather than someone's database of total strangers.
About
I found that most existing databases or platforms offering this information were either inaccurate or very expensive. I wanted to build a solution that offered accurate contact information at a cheaper price.
