PitchIntel
Decode any company to win pitches
Hey Hackers
Wanted to share a small win + lesson from building PitchIntel these past few weeks.
When I first built PitchIntel, the goal was simple — help people get smart company insights for pitching.
The catch? People loved the briefs… but then froze when it was time to actually write the cold email or LinkedIn DM.
I noticed this gap: Knowing what to say doesn’t mean knowing how to say it well, fast.
So this week I shipped a tiny Outreach feature:
It pulls lines straight from your brief.
Suggests 3–5 short emails / DMs / CTAs.
Saves your drafts so you don’t start from scratch every time.
Nothing fancy — just enough to get you from “insight” → “first draft” → “send.”
💡 People don’t just want data. They want momentum — something that makes them feel ready to act now.
Curious if this hits the mark for other solo founders / sellers here.
Do you still get stuck at the what do I say? stage?
What tiny thing would make your outreach easier today?
Try it if you want: pitchintel.tech
Or just drop your thoughts — always grateful for honest takes.

Hey Indie Hackers 👋
Just dropping a quick update from my tiny build journey.
Last week I started sharing PitchIntel, a simple AI tool for creating smarter company pitch briefs.
It’s not trying to boil the ocean — just scratching a small itch I kept seeing.
What I learned this week:
Small annoyances matter more than big “game-changer” features.
Early users will share honest thoughts if you give them something real to poke at.
Even a single like/dislike click helps — better than silent bounces.
What’s new in v1.0.1:
Refined the “What Not to Pitch” part — now filters out more bad fit signals.
Smarter subject lines — no more awkward robo-lines.
Cleaned up duplicate news items — tiny but it matters.
Added a quick like/dislike block on the landing page (no login needed).
Polished visuals — rounded logo edges, fresh icons, cleaned build clutter.
I’m still figuring this out — no big growth hack yet, just steady tweaks.
Current plan: keep it tiny, keep it useful, share what I learn.
If you’re curious about the why — I wrote a short piece here:
👉 Building a Tiny Tool for a Giant Problem
Would love to know:
What small tweaks did you ship early on that made a real difference?
How do you keep momentum when you’re the only one building?
Any feedback on how to make early pitch briefs more trustworthy?
If you’d like to peek at the tool:

Thanks for reading! Keep building tiny things that matter. 💙

Just shipped the first public version of PitchIntel — a tiny AI tool to write quick company briefs for founders, closers, or anyone researching before a pitch.
Realized that sign-up was too big a blocker for people to even test it — so I made the first brief free, no sign-up needed.
Next: trying to learn if this actually saves time and what real users want to see in these briefs.
If you’re curious, try it here:

Any thoughts or brutal feedback welcome. Building solo is fun but only if people actually use it!

I launched PitchIntel, a simple tool that creates quick, up-to-date company briefs so founders and closers don’t waste hours researching before pitching.
Shipping the first version felt like the big milestone — but I quickly realized building is just the start.
Without distribution, outreach, and real feedback, the product just sits there. People visit, bounce, hesitate to sign up — even when the tool works.
I’ve learned:
You can remove friction (I made the first brief free, no sign-up) — but you still have to show up where people care.
Nobody magically finds your product — you have to put it in front of the right people, again and again.
A tiny network helps a lot — but if you don’t have one yet, you have to earn it with clear posts, real conversations, and asking for honest feedback.
So here I am, still pushing: posting on Reddit, Indie Hackers, Hacker News — anywhere real founders hang out.
If you’re also building solo — how do you approach this?
How did you get your first real traction?
Any channels that worked surprisingly well for you?
What would you do differently if launching alone again?
And if you ever pitch companies and want to see if PitchIntel actually helps — you can try your first brief free, no sign-up needed:
Would love to hear your stories and advice — thanks for reading 🙌

Hey Indie Hackers! 👋
A few days ago, I shared PitchIntel — my AI tool for founders & closers to decode any company and pitch smarter, without spending hours on research.
Quick update:
🎉 We got our first real sign-ups — not friends, actual people trying it out!
It’s still very early, so I’m collecting as much feedback as I can.
Next up is launching on Product Hunt soon to see how more people react.
Why I’m building this:
I’ve wasted too many hours digging into companies, only to pitch the wrong angle or miss something important. So I wanted something that gives me the essentials — how to pitch, what not to say, trends, signals — in seconds.
Right now it works, but I know it can be better.
If you’ve ever done cold outreach, partnerships, or sales, I’d love your thoughts:
👉 What features would make this genuinely useful for you?
👉 What would you expect it to do that it doesn’t yet?
👉 Any dealbreakers that would stop you from using it?
I’m all ears for any ideas — tiny or big.
👉 You can try it here if you’re curious: https://www.pitchintel.tech

Appreciate you all — thanks for being part of this journey with me! 🚀

Hey Indie Hackers! 👋
I’m building PitchIntel, an AI-powered tool that helps founders, marketers, and closers decode any company so they know exactly what to say — and what not to say — when pitching.
📌 Why I built it
I’ve wasted countless hours researching companies — checking news, trends, signals — only to pitch them wrong and hear nothing back. I hated that feeling of guessing.
So I built PitchIntel to act like a private AI research assistant. It instantly analyzes any company and gives you a clear, actionable brief:
✅ How to position your pitch
✅ What traps to avoid
✅ Latest trends, stock insights, tech stack breakdown
✅ And how to not sound generic
🚀 What’s live now
Right now, the first version is live — you can:
Enter any company
Get a full strategic brief in seconds
Save it, tweak it, and pitch smarter
I’m still improving it daily — so this is a true beta and I’d love your honest feedback.
💬 What I’d love from you
Would you actually use this?
What’s missing?
What would make this 10× more useful for you?
👉 Try PitchIntel here → https://pitchintel.tech/
Big thanks to everyone here — I’m launching solo, and every bit of feedback helps me make this better for real founders and closers.
Happy to answer anything — AMA! 🚀

About
I've lost count of how many hours I wasted writing cold pitches that missed the mark. As a solo founder, every opportunity counts - and guessing just doesn't work. So stop guessing, each word matters.
