Plannomial
No more scope anxiety. Ship it fast with a better plan.
I'm 15 and I built Plannomial.
Day 12: First paying customer ($19). I was hyped.
Day 26: Still just 1 customer. 8 signups total. Most never used it.
I was confused. The product works. People say the landing page is good. So why isn't it working?
Then it hit me.
I was distributing to the wrong people.
The Problem:
I was DMing random people in Discord asking them to try Plannomial. Most didn't sign up. The ones who did? They never used it.
Why? Because they weren't actually stuck. They were just browsing.
The Real Customers:
The people who need Plannomial are the ones actively suffering:
On Reddit asking "should I use Next.js or Remix?"
On Dev.to: "I have an idea but don't know where to start"
On Twitter: "Been planning for 2 weeks, haven't shipped anything"
Those people will sign up and actually use it.
What I'm Doing Now:
Stop cold DMing. It doesn't work.
Go where people are stuck. Reddit, Dev.to, Twitter, IndieHackers.
Add retention features. Daily accountability from Plue (AI). Streaks. Buddy system. So they come back.
Target with precision. Not "everyone," just developers with ADHD or scope anxiety.
The Lesson:
Getting signups ≠ Getting customers. Distribution matters more than the product.
Current Status:
1 paying customer ($19/month)
8 signups (mostly inactive)
Just added retention features this week
Starting Reddit grind next week
Try Plannomial: plannomial.netlify.app
If you're building something, don't make my mistake. Find people in pain first. Everything else follows.
I just hit my first paying customer.
Not to flex — I'm sharing this because I think the journey is more useful than the $19.
The Problem I Solved:
Every time I tried to build something new, I'd waste 3 days deciding on the tech stack. Next.js or SvelteKit? Supabase or Firebase? Should I add auth right away?
By day 3, I'd lose motivation.
So I built Plannomial: describe your idea → get a weekend MVP scope + opinionated tech stack + step-by-step to-do list in 60 seconds.
Week 1-2: Launch
Shipped the MVP in 2 weeks. Posted on Twitter. Got some attention.
A guy named Maks saw it, tried it, and paid $19 for Pro.
Not because it was perfect. But because it solved his problem.
Week 2-3: Real Feedback
Instead of adding 10 new features, I asked Maks: "What's the one thing missing?"
His answer: "I don't understand how to actually implement the tech stack you suggested."
So I built Plue — an AI that explains stacks, helps customize your MVP, and guides implementation.

Took 2 days. Already getting better feedback.
The Lesson:
Most indie hackers chase the ambitious vision. I chased the simple version that actually solves the immediate problem.
It's working.
Current Numbers:
1 paying customer ($19/month)
~5 total signups
Just hit 15 Twitter followers (lol)
Still in school (pacing myself)
What's Next:
Distribution. I have a solid product. Now I need more people to know about it.
Goal: 10 paying customers by end of May.
If you're building something and feel stuck on scope/tech stack, try it: plannomial.netlify.app
What would make you actually try a tool like this?

That first customer always hits different — proves the problem is real.
What stood out though: you mentioned distribution next, but a lot of early products don’t struggle with reach as much as clarity.
If someone lands on it cold, how instantly they “get it” tends to decide whether they try it or bounce.
Curious — have you had people misunderstand what it does, or has it been pretty clear so far?

People found it tough to understand so many times. Specially, when the header was something like "Kill Scope Anxiety". I understood that most people don't even understand the term, it's too vague. So, I Changed that header to a simple yet understandable one and now it is much better.

A week ago I posted: 26 users in 3 days. No marketing, no idea where most came from. Just a simple tool that takes your idea and instantly gives you an MVP plan + 6-month roadmap + tech stack + to-do list.
People loved it. Feedback poured in. Scope anxiety is real, and Plannomial is hitting the spot.
So I kept building.
What’s new in the latest version:
Full authentication — sign in and your plans sync across devices
Pro tier with export roadmap as clean PDF (perfect for sharing with co-founders or investors)
Organized history — no more losing old plans, everything neatly saved
Discord community is now live — come hang out, drop feedback, get early looks at what’s next
Unlimited projects for Pro users. The free tier is still generous so anyone can start planning immediately.
The core is still the same: describe your idea → get a realistic, actionable plan in seconds. No more staring at a blank screen wondering “what should I build first?”
What worked so far:
Shipping fast (MVP in a day, then iterate daily)
Clean, beautiful UI that doesn’t overwhelm
Solving a painful problem indie hackers actually feel every week
Building in public (you guys are the reason I keep pushing)
What I’m still figuring out:
Better analytics (where are you all coming from?)
Converting free users to Pro (first paying customers incoming 👀)
Reaching more makers who need this
If you’ve been stuck with an idea, give the new version a spin: → https://plannomial.netlify.app
Pro is live. Discord link is on the site (or reply here and I’ll drop it).
What surprised you most when you added paid features or a community to your product? Did it change how you build?
Let me know what you think of the updates — honest feedback always welcome. Building in public means growing together.

26 users in 3 days. Here's what I learned.
THE STORY
Started building Plannomial 3 days ago.
Problem: Every time I had an idea, I'd get stuck. "What do I build first? What's realistic in 48 hours? What's nice-to-have?"
Built it to solve that. Describe idea → get MVP + 6-month vision + tech stack + to-do list.
Day 1: Shipped MVP
Day 2: Improved UX based on feedback
Day 3: 26 users. Still don't know where half came from.
WHAT WORKED
- Ship fast (don't overthink)
- Beautiful UI matters (people notice)[Not over-fancy]
- Solve a real problem (scope anxiety is real)
- Build in public (sharing progress attracts people)

WHAT'S HARD
- No idea where traffic came from (need UTM tracking)
- Can't reach users (need email capture)
- No paid customers yet (Pro tier coming tomorrow)
NEXT
Adding Pro tier ($19/mo) tomorrow.
Target: First paying customers this week.
Try it: plannomial.netlify.app
What surprised you most when you shipped your first product?

I Built Plannomial — A Tool to Kill Scope Anxiety
## The Problem
Every builder knows this feeling:
You have an idea. You're pumped. Then you get stuck.
"What do I build first?"
"Can I ship this in a weekend?"
"How big is this actually?"
This is scope anxiety. It kills projects before they start.
## What I Built
Plannomial answers the ONE question that matters:
"What's the smallest version I can actually ship?"
You describe your idea → Get 2 instant roadmaps:
- ⚡ Weekend MVP (48 hours, ruthlessly cut scope)
- 🚀 6-month vision (full feature set)
Takes 30 seconds. Free.
## Why
I'm a dev. I get stuck here too. Built this to solve my own problem.
## Try It
It's very basic right now — I'm just validating the idea. Honest feedback welcome (even brutal feedback helps).

## What Breaks/Confuses
Shipping early means there are rough edges. Let me know:
- What confused you?
- Where did you drop off?
- What would make it 10x better?
Building in public. Iterating based on real feedback.

About
When I was finding a nice SaaS idea, I could not find an idea. So, I am developing Plannomial to help people including me to find and organize our thoughts to overcome scope anxiety and ship a product fast enough.
