Platefolio is a recipe manager built around one idea: the layout of a recipe should be a choice, not the app's decision. The same recipe renders five ways and you pick per recipe:
You can see all five on the landing page, no signup needed: https://platefolio.app. There's one live public recipe to poke at too: https://platefolio.app/r/kona-coffee-old-fashioned-f494c178
Under the hood, import is fully deterministic (no LLM): URL import walks schema.org JSON-LD, then microdata, then microformats, then a readability fallback. And no ads, ever, the plan is a cheap yearly subscription.
Just opened it up for beta. Looking for honest feedback, especially where the import parser falls over on recipes you actually cook.
