$PLAY Proposal Initiated

I wrote up a proposal for $PLAY and pitched it to some of the Rally Team. One of them took up the torch and made it into a formal proposal for the Snapshot proposal system.

I learned that it's easier to get a proposal accepted by having a very well thought-out plan, taking the time to shorten it as much as possible (ie focus) and then writing it so it's easy to agree with. This involved knowing my audience!
