Published a first blog post

Listening to the Indie Hackers podcast and reading through the forums has inspired me to start getting the good word out there. But not just getting the word out there; I'm hoping to deliver concrete value in doing so.
The hope with this blog post and its continuation is to take users on a journey to learn about what is probably a very opaque system to them and hopefully to gain an appreciation for the platform as we go deeper and deeper.
