PMQ
The ultimate guide to nailing the product manager interview
Testing:
Did user testing and improved the platforms each user testing unraveled various problems associated with the website. Feedback was taken and site was improved!
Beta Launch:
The website URL was shared on the Slack group of various product communities and found a good amount of users visiting the website and trying out each features
The Launch:
Website was launched on ProductHunt on the 31st December and was ranked #9 for the day!
Front end was build and data base was also sorted. However I had to rely on free plans of many tools.
Iteration 0: Make everything free!
Iteration 1: Free is difficult
Risk: What if everyone asks the AI and I run out of coins
Idea: Account based tagging. Free account would be able to ask 2 questions to the AI
Iteration 2: Problems on making account based system on Softr
Problem: Free plan doesn't support more than 5 accounts!
Idea: lets remove the account system and add friction for the user to ask AI
Iteration 3: The final one
Added friction points in the Ask AI page
Result less gibberish questions asked to the AI

I was very clear in my mind that I want to test this idea out but don't want to send much in building the prototype.
So, I had to do 3 things:
- Build a database of questions (Learn data scrapping)
- Learn to use API
- Build a front end
This took me 3-4 days

I had been preparing for Product Management for a long time. There are many popular websites and communities that people rely upon. I was very active in solving the interview questions. All the communities had this section in common where people used to post their questions and community members used to answer them and on the basis of upvotes, the sorting of the answer to that particular question would change. The interesting part was, there were many questions unanswered and there was no way to find out if the answer given by community members was right!
That is how I found the pain point!!!
