Added a "Live Demo" mode

Building on other work I've done to reduce friction in my signup process, I've added a "Live Demo" mode to PodQueue:

https://podqueue.fm

Now you can sign up with a single click to kick the tires and see how things work before switching over to a full account by adding your email address—all your data carries over! The only real restrictions are that demo accounts can't get podcast feed links or the automatically extracted audio for links they add.
