I have reached out to a few professionals in the podcasting industry to gather more information about their toolsets and how they construct and publish transcripts and show notes.
Looking forward to flushing out a roadmap of features for the next quarter.
After a google ad campaign, www.podse.io reached 100 subscribers.
The ad campaign was a good trial at growth and has been discontinued until I can optimize the conversion funnel. Interest is out there and it's exciting to see the user base continue to grow!
I launched a paid plan on a subscription mid February and had my first conversion to a paid plan today!
More investment needs to be made into converting free plan customers into paid plans but the ground work is being put in place.
Eventually, there will be trial plans but no free tier - hopeful to build a core user base before launching this change.
After 4 months of development and 1 product shift to focus on core features, www.podse.io has launched! I'm really excited to get the product in front of a few core users to start collecting feedback.
An initial product plan was overly ambitious and required a more focused approach with possibility for natural evolution of the product.
