March 4, 2026 In the Information Age, Attention Is the Real Scarcity

In the information age, the most valuable resource is not information; it is attention.
And at the end of the day, the most costly thing is starting.

We all know the scene:
You see a news story or get curious about something. You open it and think, “I’ll check it in 2 minutes.” Then come the headlines, notifications, another topic… and that initial curiosity fades away.

The problem here is not “reading.”
The real problem is this: when the mind is already fragmented, making that first jump of focus into a text.

So I asked myself this question:
If attention is this valuable, why am I forcing myself to consume information in the form where my attention is most vulnerable—long text?

The answer was simple: change the format.

That is why I built PodTalk Studio.
You type in a topic, paste a text, or upload a PDF. It explains it to you like a podcast episode.

Because sometimes what you need is not “more sources”;
it is a way of understanding something without losing that curiosity, in a format you can actually complete within the flow of your day.

About

I started building PodTalk Studio after noticing a pattern: people save notes, PDFs, and ideas, but rarely revisit them not because they lack information, but because reading takes attention and audio fits real life.
