Ponder
All your scattered thoughts in a searchable timeline.
After receiving a lot of great feedback when posting Ponder (http://ponder.chat) on IndieHackers, I tried to address a lot of that feedback and just launched Ponder on ProductHunt. I've also been asking random people for feedback in coffee shops, and Ponder seems to resonate. I'm curious to see if I manage to attract some views on ProductHunt!
After weeks of coding, I posted Ponder on IndieHackers for feedback. I was very happy with all of the constructive feedback I received, and it appeared that I might just be onto something with Ponder.
It seems that I'm not the only one who sends emails to myself with random links/ideas/etc., and I'm not the only one who wants to use a Slack-like chat interface for keeping track of my scattered thoughts.
I wrote my first line of code for Ponder! For years, I've wanted to be able to work through ideas and problems in a timestamped chat interface, as well as to dump in random thoughts/links/todos without worrying about what document to put them in. I often send emails to myself rather than create a new note or document in EverNote or Google Docs. I'm hoping that Ponder will be a nice, lightweight option for thought tracking and searching.
