Software that guides & tracks the innovation journey
Our amazing software engineers took all the user feedback and were able to launch to the public on April 04 - 6-months after we achieved what we believed was product market fit.
Interestingly, while we had significant interest at MVP launch, none of our beta sign-up users have decided to pay for the product. We hope this changes soon!
We did however, "convince" 3 reputable companies to use the full product at no cost (with white glove onboarding treatment) in return for feedback and referrals.
From our list of beta user sign-ups (see our PoC milestone) we choose 5 users to test the product. We created a Google Doc that guided them on how to use the key features and ask for feedback at every corner and stage.
Not only did we find many bugs, we were able to track where users were stuck, see what features were of most valuable, and of course, obtain valuable feedback on how to improve the product before we launched to the public.
At this point, we were still unsure of our revenue model / pricing.

We conducted rigorous customer development interviews that validated the majority of our initial assumptions. We also narrowed down our customer persona and features for MVP!
We determined that the SMB market was our target market, and the ideal customer is a team/company who have made innovation a strategic priority, but are early in their journey.
We published a landing page with a brief description of our product and the problem it solves. We included a sign-up to be a beta user form and landed 30 sign-ups in the first 2-weeks!
