The no stress baby tracking app

June 9, 2026 Became a daddy, made an app for just me and now I think it's ready for the world

Me and the missus welcomes our twins a few months ago, and boy was the first month a kick in the nuts. We were trying to do everything by the thousands of advice floating around, of which one was keeping track of their feeds, diapers, expressing milk to make sure their growth bounced back from the initial drop. First tried to do that with some app. but almost all of them were just pricey, offered not what we wanted or was just tryna to upsell some AI nonsense. So I said f it and vibe coded a baby tracker for the web (im an engineer) and it worked wonders for us.

Babies are a few months older, we still use the same app and I thought hey why dont I try to monetise this out, and made a proper iOS app out of it. Now it supports logging feeds, diaper changes, voice commands with Siri, reminders, inviting caregivers and storing memories.

Would anyone care to give this a try? I can hook you up with a pro subscription if willing to give me feedback and thoughts. Website is https://www.poopeemilk.com/en and app is on https://apps.apple.com/us/app/poopeemilk-baby-tracker/id6762670408

The thing I'd be careful with is that building it for yourself and selling it to other parents are slightly different problems.

The product clearly solved something for you. The harder question is which moment makes a parent decide their current tracking method is no longer good enough.

That decision probably matters more than adding another feature or refining the subscription.

I wouldn't try to make that call casually in-thread because it ends up shaping who the app is really for and what gets highlighted first.

After the arrival of my twins, me and the wife were exhausted and looking for an app that could help track their feeds and diaper changes, and just that.
