Congrats on the redesign!
First of all:
Poplitu: Your Ulitmate Growth Partner
The most prominent hero text doesn't say much, I have no idea what your product is and whether it's a product, service or person.
Overall, the design feels a bit crowded, with a lot of different colours and fonts.

In the world of TikToks why use a two and a half minute video?
I would say try to condense it to a minute or around 30 seconds.-

Some of the best practices include crafting a benefit-focused headline, choosing an image that illustrates the offer, writing compelling copy, and optimizing your CTAs

Hi Rahul,
Kudos on your new venture! Your landing page is a solid first step, but it could use some refining to truly shine.
Try this: reimagine your messaging from the perspective of your customer. As the Yoga figure in their hero's journey, what are the key problems they face, and how does your solution specifically address these? These aspects should be the backbone of your story.
My advice? Make your solution's benefits immediately clear at the top of your page. Right now, there's little compelling me to watch your 2:32 minute video - make me want to click play.
Remember, a landing page is like a teaser trailer - it should give just enough information to pique interest, without revealing everything. Your copy, therefore, should be concise, compelling, and conversational.
Let's tighten it up, highlight what your product does in a more enticing way, and make it feel like we're having a direct chat with the visitor."

I suggest you remove the autoplay music. It's really annoying when websites do that.
