Posh listings
AI web builder with smart model routing + SEO
Hey IH! 👋
I just finished building Posh Listings and I'm launching on Product Hunt tomorrow. Thought I'd share here first since this community has been so helpful.
The problem I was solving:
I got tired of paying for multiple subscriptions just to build simple websites. You need a builder, then an SEO tool, then Photoshop or Figma for images. It adds up to $100-200/month easily, and you're constantly switching tabs.
What I built:
An all-in-one platform with:
AI web builder
SEO scanner (instant analysis of any URL)
Image editor (Photopea integration)
The interesting technical part:
Instead of using one AI model for everything, the builder intelligently routes between Cursor, OpenAI, and Claude based on what each model is best at. Cursor for code completion, Claude for complex logic, OpenAI for creative content - whatever fits the task.
This gives better results while keeping costs down since you're always using the most efficient model.
Current status:
Web app is live and functional
It's free (for now - figuring out monetization)
Desktop and iOS apps planned
Launching on PH tomorrow
What I'm struggling with:
Honestly? Marketing. I built the product, but getting visibility is hard. Product Hunt feels like a shot in the dark, and I'm terrible at social media.
Questions for the community:
How do you approach launches without a built-in audience?
Is the "smart AI routing" interesting enough to be the main differentiator?
Should I focus on one feature (builder vs SEO vs images) or keep it all-in-one?
Would love any feedback or advice from folks who've launched before!

Congrats on the launch! What channels are you testing to bring in your first customers?
Congrats on getting this ready for launch — routing between models based on task fit is a smart move, especially for cost control.
From what we’ve seen, the bigger challenge post-PH is less about features and more about operational follow-through (distribution, onboarding, feedback loops).
Curious which signal you’re planning to double down on first after launch?
Congrats on getting this ready for launch. Most builders hit this wall after shipping. Quick question, outside of Product Hunt, what channels are you currently relying on for visibility right now?
Thanks! Totally agree — shipping is only half the battle.
At the moment we’re experimenting with Indie Hackers, X, and a few targeted founder communities to see where high-intent conversations actually happen.
Curious to hear what’s worked best for you outside of Product Hunt?
Totally makes sense. One thing we usually see is that visibility alone does not convert unless there is a clear activation path once users land. Things like first session completion rate, time to first site published, and email capture tend to matter more than raw signups early on.
Out of curiosity, are you currently tracking where users drop off after first visit or signup?
