May 16, 2026 I turned my AI repurposing tool into a full AI content operating system

Spent the last few days rebuilding PostSpark into something much bigger than I originally planned.

Originally, it was just:

“AI repurpose your content.”

Now it’s becoming an AI content operating system.

Today I shipped:

• AI Copilot (Claude Sonnet 4.5 powered)

• YouTube/URL → content workflows

• Carousel generator

• Humanizer mode

• Platform previews

• Brand voice engine

• Hook generation system

• Premium UI redesign

• Better creator workflows

The biggest lesson I learned while building this:

Creators do NOT need more ideas.

They need better distribution systems.

Most people are sitting on enough content for 30+ posts already.

The bottleneck is turning one idea into multiple platform-native formats fast enough.

That’s the real problem PostSpark is solving now.

Still early.

Still improving daily.

But this version finally feels like a real product instead of “just another AI tool.”

Would genuinely love feedback from other builders here.

Smart tool you built it's just that I noticed something while scrolling your homepage, your headline which is "Stop Rewriting the
    Same Content for
    Every Platform."
i see you're leading with the user's pain here which is precise but not enough because it's not hyper specific on how it benefits your user and it looks like an AI generated vague template beginning with "Stop" does not pattern interrupt and confuses your tool with AI generation copy which doesn't tell the user why they should use your tool instead of using other competitor's tools you know..

tho I've rewritten your headline, is it worth sending it here in comments?

May 10, 2026 I built a complete AI SaaS with $300— here is everything I spent and learned

Hey Indie Hackers 👋

Long time reader, first time poster.

I am Abdullah — a solo founder from Pakistan.

6 months ago I started building PostSpark

after noticing content creators spending

4-5 hours per week manually reformatting

the same content for different platforms.

Today it is live.

Here is my complete honest breakdown:

WHAT I BUILT:

PostSpark — AI content repurposing tool

that turns 1 blog post into 30 pieces

of content using Claude AI.

COMPLETE BUDGET BREAKDOWN:

→ Lovable Pro : $150 (credits)

→ Domain postspark.co: $30

→ Business email: $20

→ Claude API credit: $50

→ Replicate/Flux API: $50

→ Supabase: $20

→ Total: ~$300

TECH STACK:

→ Lovable (no-code builder)

→ Claude Sonnet AI (content generation)

→ Flux Pro 1.1 via Replicate (images)

→ Supabase (database + auth)

→ Paddle (payments)

postspark.co (domain)

FEATURES BUILT:

→ AI Repurpose Engine (Claude powered)

→ Hook Lab (viral hook generator)

→ SEO Blog Writer

→ AI Image Studio (Flux Pro 1.1)

→ Import Studio

→ Brand Voice trainer

→ Content Calendar

→ Analytics dashboard

→ History + Gallery

→ Refer and Earn system

→ 14 day free trial with Paddle

CURRENT STATUS:

→ MRR: $0

→ Users: Just launched

→ Goal: $1,000 MRR in 60 days

BIGGEST LESSONS:

1. Location is not a limitation anymore

AI tools have completely leveled the

playing field for founders globally

2. Ship before you are ready

I kept wanting to add features.

The right move was always to launch

and let users tell you what matters

3. Claude API quality changes everything

The difference between Gemini free

and Claude paid for content generation

is immediately obvious to users

4. No-code is genuinely production ready

Lovable built something I could not

have coded in 6 months in 6 weeks

5. Your story is your marketing

Being a Pakistani founder building

global SaaS resonates with people

worldwide — do not hide it

I am building completely in public.

Will share weekly updates here.

Would love feedback from this community

on postspark.co 🙏

What is the one thing you would improve

or change about the product?

Nice breakdown. One thing I would improve before pushing too hard on acquisition: put a small production-readiness pass in the budget.

For this stack, I would check five things before the first paid users: Supabase RLS with a second test user, no Claude/Replicate keys in the browser, per-user AI quotas, Paddle webhook signature verification, and ownership checks on saved drafts/images/history.

Creator-content tools quietly collect private drafts and brand voice data, so those boring checks matter more than another feature right now.

"The one thing I'd improve — the conversion path. People land on your site, see the features, but don't immediately feel the pain relief. Lead with the time saved and the frustration eliminated before showing features. That gap between landing and buying is where most SaaS tools leak. I audit exactly this — happy to take a look if you want a second pair of eyes."

About

I built PostSpark because I watched content creators spend hours every week doing the same mechanical work — taking one idea and manually rewriting it for Twitter, LinkedIn, email, and Instagram.
