Practicora
Clients, appointments, and finances — free, nothing extra
I've been building Practicora for 10 months. Every CRM I found was built for sales teams - pipelines, deals, lead scoring. I just wanted three things: who my clients are, when I'm seeing them, and whether they've paid.
So that's Practicora: clients, appointments, and income/expenses, for people who work directly with clients (tutors, coaches, salon owners, electricians, SMM specialists, freelancers) instead of sales teams.
What it does:
Clients + services with default rates
Appointments (individual or group), synced to Google Calendar
Income/expense tracking in whichever currency you actually get paid in
Works as a guest, no signup required to try it
It's free right now. No monetization plan yet — first I want to know if it's actually useful to people outside my own head. If you work directly with clients, I'd genuinely appreciate you trying it and telling me what's missing:

The strongest part is the deliberate rejection of CRM-style complexity. The real value seems to be the simple connection between clients, appointments, and money without forcing a service business into a sales workflow.
