After working with complex operational and project environments, one thing kept frustrating us:

Work became fragmented everywhere.

Projects in one tool.
Meeting notes somewhere else.
Docs in folders.
Client updates in chats.
Operational tracking in spreadsheets.

Most PM platforms also became increasingly cluttered over time.

So we started building Praxiox:

The goal wasn’t to build “another task manager.”

We wanted to create a cleaner operational workspace where teams can manage:

• projects

• meetings

• documents

• operational work

• collaboration

…without the chaos of jumping across disconnected tools.

A huge focus for us has been:

• clean UI/UX

• clarity

• organization

• reducing operational clutter

• making the product feel calm and structured

We’re still early and iterating quickly.
