Presentable
Look professional in every meeting.
Hey IH!
I'm Michael, one of the founders of Presentable, an AI meeting assistant for Mac that transcribes your meetings, creates summaries and action items, and lets you chat with them afterward.
But I kept wondering: what if all that meeting data could help me become a better communicator too?
So I built Growth.
Growth looks across your meetings to find patterns in how you communicate, like talk time, filler words, hedging, and conversation balance. It then gives you specific coaching based on what you actually said and tracks whether you follow through on your commitments.
Instead of just telling you what happened in a meeting, Presentable can now help you improve from one.
Growth is live now, and I'm curious: if you had an AI coach looking across your meetings, what would you want it to catch?
About
I built Presentable because I wanted meetings to make me a better communicator, not just give me a transcript. I wanted to show up prepared, understand how I come across, and follow through on what I say.

The interesting shift is that the value isn't really in analyzing individual meetings anymore, but in making patterns visible across them. I’d be curious whether users find the recurring patterns more useful than the individual coaching itself.
I agree. I think the patterns across meetings are where this gets really interesting. Something happening once might not mean much, but it consistently show up over time is more useful.
We’re figuring out the right balance between surfacing those patterns, giving useful coaching, and actually helping someone change the behavior.
That balance seems like the interesting part — especially whether surfacing a pattern actually leads to behavior changing rather than just giving someone another insight.
I’d be interested in continuing the conversation. What’s the best email to reach you on?
