Online interactive presentations

April 11, 2020 Finally the new landing page!

I decided to pivot my project and focus 100% on online teaching.

Here is our new landing page

Our vision is to improve online teaching and learning experience. The first tool we are building is interactive presentations.

Education is very important and I feel like people forget about teachers and how they need to transform towards online teaching.
I see a great opportunity in this fast-growing market.

What do you think guys?
Do you know anybody that could help me share this idea with my target group?

@ivan Careful for naming (trademark, intellectual property) conflicts ... "Prezi" .. is pretty big these days.
I like the concept very much. Good luck!

Thank you! Yes, I know Prezi. Our vision is different, we are building multiple tools not only for presentation. However, we will use brand Prezelive.com in the future.

Good stuff! Like I said, the product I think you are making is awesome. I and a number of my colleagues are interested in this kind of improvement to pedagogy. Other systems exist, but to improve realtime feedback and linking time-specific taught events/learning techniques to learning outcomes is a fine art; integration for data logging, data visualisations and automated analysis might help busy and over worked lecturers to repeat the things that work and avoid the things that don't.

That aside. The naming. Google ranking with this name might be a challenge, as Prezi Live Stream exists and "Preze" and "Prezi" share the same phonemes. Second, at a later stage, you might risk legal action under some jurisdictions (some countries) if they see a threat Though every threat has a weakness and thus an opportunity. Finally, the decision and risk assessment is yours.

Thank you very much for your advice. Can I get your feedback on the product when we launch the public beta version, please? I would love to talk to you about the product we are building as I see you can bring valuable feedback.

Great news and idea. EduTech industry is more than lucrative right now (+timing with current lockdown situation).

Quick tip: Kindly add SSL certificate to your website and use "https" links while sharing. Users sometimes get pissed off by browser's security warning. Updated by OP

I use SSL and I did share https link, is it not working for you?

Meh, nevermind, it does go to https now. It was not when I tried before but may have been a red herring.

Glad it works now. Thanks for testing.

      Thanks mate ;)

January 1, 2020 Came up with my idea

I remember my study days at college. Lectures were boring and I couldn't stay focused during the whole presentation.
There were just slides with text in bullet points. No interaction, no one asking questions, everybody half asleep.

I wanted to change this, so I asked some progressive teachers in our faculty what tools are they using to get a better presentation. They usually use multiple tools and even the combination of them was not satisfying.

Based on their feedback I'm building my MVP.
