Visitors answer 5 questions, get an instant price range, and the agency gets a pre-qualified lead. Here's my honest scorecard after 2 weeks: - 38 cold emails sent → 0 replies - 6 LinkedIn InMails → 0 replies - Listed on Capterra, AlternativeTo, SaaSHub → 6 organic visitors - 1 inbound from a directory (SaaS Browser found me) What I've learned: 1. Cold email to agencies who aren't thinking about pricing friction = interruption, not value 2. Directory listings actually compound — 6 organic visitors found me through search 3. The product works. The distribution doesn't. Yet. Now pivoting to intent-based distribution: showing up on Reddit/Quora where agencies are already asking "how do I add a pricing calculator?"
