I built a marketplace for abandoned side projects, looking for early sellers
I kept abandoning projects and felt guilty about the wasted code. Built Procrasticoder to give those projects a second life, sellers list their unfinished codebase, buyers pick it up and finish it.

The guilt of abandoned repos is so real, every dev has a graveyard folder they never talk about.
90% to sellers is actually a strong hook, most marketplaces would never do that at launch and that alone is a story worth telling.
Honestly a concept like this writes itself as a feature, the whole "dev graveyard gets a second life" angle is exactly the kind of thing tech journalists pick up without being pitched hard.
