Our next plan is bundling these advices to another product. Alternative for Benchmark List!

We've sold one Benchmark List item from our platform! Thanks to someone who've ordered a Benchmark List from Japan!

Then we understand that this has some potential! Let's continue.

We've decided to improve the depth of our landing pages and products. We started working to have better version of our platform.

Now at the moment we are serving all three with MVP model.

Free Audit was available about UX Audit and Digital Marketing Audit
We've one product which is Benchmark List. There are 90+ UX Benchmarks in an Airtable List.
And we have a Consultation area. We couldn't show this well but we will make it better soon!

We've published the Product Doctor to the PH!

We are experienced in No-Code tools.
We decided to build this in Webflow.

We've build our database logic on Airtable and created our questions and point methodology on Airtable.

Then we've connected 2 no-code platform each other with Whalesync.

Whalesync is a perfect tool that updates all CMS items in Webflow in a simple way.

The concept was easy after our experience.
We split our service model in to 3 simple step!

1st - Free Audit
This is only about questions and the logic of pointing. We've worked with someone from Userspots who has deep experience in global projects.

2nd - Inspiration, Helper Materials to Sell as a Product
We are targeting to put this second step to our main revenue channel. This is about all side products like Benchmark List, Templates, Advices, Tools, Coupon Codes etc.

3rd - Human Contact
We'd like to serve Auditing with real person. Serving consultation to the owners. Getting deep information about their problems and selling solutions to them.

We decided to build the platform which should have these 3 in the MVP format.

I'd like to tell you about the Userspots first! Userspots is an extremely experienced Istanbul based UX Company.

There are 50+ employees working in Userspots. There is one simple issue about it is scalability. That was the major problem at the beginning. Then @mustafadalci told me about his idea to scale this up. Then we've started with the market validation.

We've created the Turkish Version of Product Doctor https://urundoktoru.userspots.com It's really nice! Still working and serving for the Turkish customers.

We validated that the auditing and non-design services are suitable for productized service business model. The only insight that we've experienced in Turkey is most of our customers uses it because of the powerful brand perception of Userspots.

Before we came to the current version of Product Doctor we decided to split the services on to 3 steps.
