Product Loops
Database of product loops
By far the longest slide deck I've ever done (232 slides). Wrote an accompanying blog post as well. Gonna see how it will do and then decide if it's worth doing more of these or not.
Started doing teardowns. The first "victim": Microsoft Teams. Best practices and worst practices in 113 slides. Hoping it will work as a distribution method but let's see. So far hundred of views and have heard some good feedback here and there as well.

Added a bit more aggressive ways to collect emails for the newsletter. Mailchimp popup and a link in the footer across the entire site. A bit less straightforward to add them than I guessed, so took some playing around first.
Been also preparing some content, so, that's coming up next.

In light of the Canva deal, it seemed like a good time to publish a section about pricing and monetization. I've purposefully kept it fairly short as not to overwhelm people. It could easily run for 10+ pages otherwise.

I actually have way more sections hidden that I could publish. But felt like that maybe the site would lose focus. But a lot of what I talk about is closely related to product management, so, there's no escaping of that.
I also rewrote the section about feedback loops.

This was the most successful PH launch I've done in terms of ranking. Currently 54 upvotes and finished the first day 14th if I remember right. Partly thanks to my friends who helped to get the upvoting going.
PH is still bringing traffic. 183 users in total with 43 seconds as the avg engagement time. Was hoping for way more engagement time actually.
The traffic spiked on day 1 with the day 1, 2, 3 bringing the majority of it.
It's also good to see some traffic starting to come from web searches and some incoming links etc.
In total have gotten over 650 users so far with over 1000 sessions.
I haven't actually set any goals as such for now as I mainly created the site to organize stuff in my own head and wiki. So, I'm neither pleased nor disappointed at this point. Will publish more content soon.

It's been a long time coming. I felt I needed to first shut down my language learning startup. But the day is finally here :)
This is the culmination of 10 years of doing startups, working in startups, consulting startups, and lately also investing in startups.
It contains the most useful mental models and systems for growing startups. Systems over checklists. Mental models over hacks.
There’s also a library of product loops examples (growth loops, habit loops, feedback loops) from startups like Revolut, Pipedrive, Wise, Wolt, and many others.
It's still my personal wiki but I hope others will find it useful as well.

Product Loops is basically part of my personal wiki that has been made public. I still had loads and loads of pages in my personal wiki that were on Confluence. I've finally moved all of them over. Which means I deleted some and reworked the rest. It's been pretty exhausting mentally but finally done.
Been adding more and more loops as well.

By going through the content I came across one of my own recommendations of being super clear who the target audience is and sticking to a niche.
I realized that I had blown the wiki a bit out of porpotions. There are so many topics to write about when it comes to startups that it would never end.
So, I made a lot of content private and now concentrate only on content that directly talks about product loops.

About
I've worked in tech companies and startups for 7+ years (Amazon, Pipedrive) and co-founded several startups. When I saw the same problems and solutions come up again and again, I started collecting them in a wiki.
