Product Validator

A couple weeks after we opened up our early access lists, I launch the first version of Product Validator with the following features:

1. Search query strings
2. Quora questions being asked about the given subject
3. Affinity groups and people talking about the given subject to determine who you can market to.

Overall, all of this was free of charge, I only asked for an email before showing you the results. This got our mailing list to about 700 unique subscribers.

I emailed our early access subscribers asking what drew them to the product just to verify some assumptions that I'd made about who the target audience was.

The response was fairly close to the assumptions. Most people were developers having issues validating their product ideas or finding their target audiences.

Product Validator makes the Trending Startups list on BetaList and stays there for 4 days. Clearly we're on to something...

We were featured on BetaList and received over 300 signups to our early access list the first day!
