Added a few images showing the landing page and a preview of the product (still in prototyping phase, but gets the job done)

Integrated a snippet from mailchimp to get a few first potentially interested eBay sellers for the service.

Wrote a short post on reddit /r/SideProject and received positive feedback on the landing page https://productlistings.app

Republished the post in the evening to potentially have more reach from people on Reddit.

This is a good idea, and the page works.

It does the job, and its authentic feel makes it trustworthy

Finally I took the time to create an IndieHackers profile and started posting my progress about productlistings.app

Really looking forward to see how this will go and open for feedback from the experienced community

After jotting down the landing page with bootstrap I wanted to get feedback about how it was going.

Reading daily and making progress with studying devmarketing.xyz

I think I did the least that needed to be done to get interest from potential customers

decided to give this idea a go since I looked on eBay for potential interesting users and one of them responded saying they would get back to me..

looking at google trend it seemed an interesting market.

searched on google and found lots of "antique" templates, a few for free. many with monthly subscription of 20+$.

I though I could do a bit better by offering a dead-simple solution to enter information about a product you're selling, and get a clean and trustworthy HTML for your eBay new listing.

using templates creating with a simple script and a yml file.

thought it was a painful experience and thought this could be useful to other folks as well.

In the meantime I contacted a 5 professional eBay sellers pitching them the idea and the added value for them.
