Profitlee
E-commerce profit calculator, baked in platform rules
Most sellers I know figure out their real margin after the inventory has already landed. By then it's too late — the referral fee, the FBA fulfillment tier, the fuel surcharge, VAT on the EU marketplaces, ad spend, returns… each one quietly eats the margin a back-of-napkin "price minus cost" never accounted for.
I got tired of rebuilding the same messy spreadsheet for every product, so I built Profitlee (profitlee.com).
You enter a product's price, cost, dimensions and weight, and it returns the net profit and margin per unit — with the full cost stack broken out line by line. What I tried to get right that most free calculators don't:
Country-accurate fees. Real 2026 fee tables for Amazon US, Germany, and Japan (size tiers, referral categories, the 3.5% fuel surcharge, storage, inbound placement), plus TikTok Shop. The EU/JP math is VAT-aware.
The stuff people forget. Ad spend modeled as ACOS or TACOS, return losses including the refund admin fee and unsellable write-offs, not just "fees."
Auditable. Every fee links back to Amazon/TikTok's own published schedule. I also cross-checked outputs against Helium 10 and Amazon's live fees and it matches to the cent.
It's a solo project, just launched. The calculator is free; a Pro tier ($9.99/mo) adds saved scenarios, 30-day history, PDF export, and shareable links.
I'd love feedback from this community — especially:
If you sell on Amazon/TikTok, does the net number match what you actually see on your statements?
What's the one fee or edge case you'd want it to handle that it doesn't yet?
Try it here → profitlee.com. Happy to answer anything about how the fee engine works.
