Profit Growth AI For Businesses
They pay hundreds a month for bookkeeping, receive their P&L reports, then file them away and make critical decisions without them.
I've watched this destroy businesses.
Owners working 80-hour weeks for minimum wage.
Surprise tax bills that set them back months.
Opportunities passed up out of fear.
And the worst part is the answers were sitting right there in their financial reports. They just couldn't see them.

About
99% of business owners pay for P&L statements, but only 1% actually use them to make money. To solve this problem, I created a software that instantly turns boring P&L data into a clear understanding of your finances.

Clear pain point. Many owners receive financial reports but never translate them into decisions.
Since ProfitMap processes P and L data and forecasts financial outcomes, security and data integrity will matter a lot for trust:
• If users upload accounting reports or connect bookkeeping tools, how are those financial records encrypted and stored?
• Are financial datasets isolated per business at the database level to prevent cross tenant exposure?
• If AI generates recommendations or forecasts, are financial inputs sent to external providers and are they retained?
Financial reports contain sensitive business data. Clear policies around retention, encryption, and deletion will reduce hesitation for owners considering uploading their books.
Another useful signal is transparency:
• What financial data is stored
• How forecasts are generated
• Whether raw financial reports remain after processing
Products handling accounting data succeed when the security model is simple and explicit.
As a security team building Nautillo Pro, we often see financial dashboards expose APIs or file uploads that become unexpected attack surfaces.
