A fun place for programmers to spend their free time on.
Thanks to ProductHunt and IndieHackers, I got 10 thousand visitors in my first week of launching ProgrammerHumor.io.
I hope the traction continues and programmers come back to the site to have some fun. Next problem to solve would be to optimize the site for speed.
It took 6 weeks, but I'm finally done building the minimum viable product for ProgrammerHumor.io. I worked mostly nights and weekends, and I coded the whole thing in Python and Php since that's that I'm the most comfortable with. Hoping to see good traction for it in the programming community.
I've read so many times that you should solve your own problem, and so last week I sat down to think about all the problems in my life. And I really wanted a site where I could go to procrastinate and maybe laugh a little.
It turned out that I had quite a few problems worth solving, and the most interesting one led me to the idea for ProgrammerHumor.io!
