A toolkit for your design team's skills and development
After a few months of getting everything in place to be able to do this, we've finally created our first public frameworks on Progression.
The teams at Intercom and Clearleft have kindly built two of our first public frameworks – we'll now aim to get a bunch more frameworks from progression.fyi on there too.
We also now have a bunch of paying teams with internal frameworks who can choose to make theirs public, complete with hiring links on their own subdomain. Hopefully we'll get a few more switching over very soon...

Found a co-founder in @ncameron after kissing a few frogs, and broke ground on the next version of the product https://www.progressionapp.com
After exploring an info-product I realised what I needed to build was a full SaaS app. I'd never done that before.
It took a few attempts to find a great co-founder for me, but eventually (on the Indiehackers London slack channel) I found Neil.
Neil was not only experienced in many things I'm not, but a fantastic fit for me in many other ways too. (I'm writing this in early October 2019 and we're still going strong!)

Just wanted to say that your product looks awesome!
I think it solves a very real problem, as i've worked at multiple companies where career progression & skills tracking was a mess of wiki pages and google docs.

I'm putting together a paid pilot for my product. It's £1950 for a month (the actual product is $249) but I'm bolting on a bunch of my time, so really people are paying for consultancy too.
I'm attempting value-based pricing. Interesting to see how it divides opinion. Some people will anchor price based on B2C products they use, others will get the business value.
This tweet thread was particularly interesting to me.
I launched my landing page yesterday, and today someone came along and pre-ordered my info product. It was someone I am connected to, but it feels like there's a bunch more interest out there too. A really exciting milestone, first revenue!
