I got the most basic version of the site together I could - it's really just a demo. But the idea was to test my hypothesis. I wanted to know if property investors would find value in what I am building.

I'm on a WhatsApp group with a bunch of property investors and I put the link there and asked for feedback straight after I put up the site. Immediately I got all sorts of feedback, which was amazingly useful.

Interestingly, people didn't pick on things relating to the interface but identified places where my algorithm for identifying properties was off. This confirms for me that the value is there if I can fix the algorithm!
