AI Deal-Analysis for Real Estate Investors
PropHunt is live: an AI deal-analysis tool for US real-estate investors.
The problem: good deals disappear in hours. An investor (or the analyst they pay) can scan ~3,000 new listings a day and still miss the few that actually pencil.
What it does:
- Pulls listings from the major listing sites and ranks the rare ones — fewest sites listed on, shortest time on market.
- You shortlist a handful, then up to 10 AI agents deep-analyze each one: crime, comps, rents, income, local news, plus open municipal data (permits, violations, inspections) from 40+ US cities.
- Each deal gets a score in about 30 seconds, with confidence flags so you know when the underlying data is thin.
It's web-only (no mobile app). Free plan is 3 analyses a month with no card; paid tiers are $39/$99/$249.
Honest status: launched, early users, distribution is now the hard part — not the code. I'm doing the unglamorous directory-and-communities grind this month.
If you invest in real estate (or built tools for people who do): what would make you trust an AI score enough to act on it? That's the question I'm trying to answer with every feature.
