Hey IH 👋

I'm Logan, a software developer by day, real estate investor by passion.

When I started looking at my first investment property, I tried every deal analysis tool I could find. They all had the same problem: either they covered one strategy well and ignored the rest, or they tried to do everything (CRM, lead gen, marketing) and did the actual analysis poorly.

So I built PropLurk.

It does three things and does them well:

• Analyze deals across 6 strategies — Rental, STR, BRRRR, Fix & Flip, Commercial, Wholesale

• Track deals through a pipeline from first look to owning the property

• Export clean PDF reports for lenders and partners

Tech stack: React/Vite frontend, Java Spring Boot backend, Auth0 for auth, hosted on AWS.

It's live and free during Beta. I'd love feedback from anyone in the RE investing space or anyone who just wants to poke around and break things.

What's next:

• Building out my paid plan with more customization

• Fixing some misc. bugs

• Content marketing push (blog, YouTube, X)
