I’m soft-launching ProposalFast, a tool I’m building for agencies and consultants who spend too much time turning discovery notes into proposals.
ProposalFast uses fact-bound AI to help draft proposals without inventing fees or promises. Fees stay as placeholders until you decide what to quote. The workflow also includes a client portal, e-signatures, and Stripe payments.
It’s free to start. Product Hunt is scheduled for September 15, 2026. I’m early and don’t have big metrics to share yet—I’d love feedback from people who write proposals regularly.

The fact-bound approach is useful if it actually reduces review time. Have early users produced proposals faster with ProposalFast, or does checking and correcting the AI output still take roughly as much work?
Good question. We're still early, so I don't have a clean before/after study yet.
What we're optimizing for is less invention and more assembly: ProposalFast keeps claims tied to source material so the review pass is "is this accurate / on-brand?" instead of "rewrite the whole thing." Early testers still edit — that's expected — but the edits skew shorter (tone, emphasis, client specifics) rather than rebuilding the proposal from scratch.
If checking the AI still takes as long as writing it yourself, the product failed. That's the bar I'm watching as more agencies run real deals through it.
Happy to share harder numbers once I have a few weeks of tracked draft→send times.
