I wanted to share a quick update on a project I’ve been building for the Australian property market: PropVista.
The Problem: In Australia, buying an apartment involves reading 200+ page "strata reports." It’s a manual, soul-crushing task for buyer's agents and investors.
The Tech: I built a custom RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline that analyzes these massive PDF files. I recently hit a major milestone: I overhauled the engine to be 20x faster, processing 150MB+ reports in just 3-8 seconds per page with high-fidelity citations.
The Traction:
50+ organic professional users (zero marketing spend).
High interest from local real estate agencies.
Fully functional Stripe integration.
Why I’m selling: I’m moving on to a new venture in May and I don’t want this tech to sit on a shelf. I’m looking for an owner/operator who can scale this across the AU market.
