That’s why I’m building PropX AI — an AI-powered sales OS designed specifically for real estate developers and brokers.

Clear niche. Real estate sales workflows are messy and fragmented.
From a security and compliance angle, this space carries sensitive data:
• How are you isolating broker teams so one agency can never see another’s leads or inventory?
• Are lead details, phone numbers, and financial info encrypted at rest?
• If AI drafts follow-ups, are you using third-party LLMs, and are those conversations stored or used for training?
Since this touches personal data and potentially high-value transactions, trust and data handling will matter as much as automation.
Strong positioning. If you make data isolation and compliance explicit early, you’ll stand out with serious broker teams.
