AI-powered multichannel outreach for LinkedIn and email

July 10, 2026 I Got Tired of Using 6 Tools for LinkedIn + Email Outreach, So I Built One Workflow

For a long time, my outbound workflow looked like this:

LinkedIn for prospects.
Another tool for enrichment.
ChatGPT for personalization.
One platform for LinkedIn automation.
Another platform for cold email.
Then a spreadsheet or CRM to figure out who actually replied.

Everything technically worked.

But the workflow was a mess.

The biggest problem wasn't sending messages. It was keeping LinkedIn and email outreach connected.

A prospect could reply by email while the LinkedIn automation kept running.

Someone could accept a connection request, but the email platform had no idea.

Every new campaign meant exporting CSVs, importing leads, moving data between tools, copying prompts, and manually tracking conversations.

So I started building Prosyo around a simpler idea:

One prospect. One campaign context. Multiple channels.

The workflow is:

Find → Enrich → Personalize → Reach → Reply → Qualify

What I learned building an outbound automation platform

The biggest mistake I see in outbound is optimizing for volume.

People ask:

“How can I send more messages?”

But the better question is:

“How can I start more relevant conversations with the right people?”

Automation multiplies whatever you already have.

Bad targeting + automation = more irrelevant outreach.

Weak messaging + AI = more polished spam.

So Prosyo starts with the prospect and ICP before the sequence.

Find the right people first.

Then enrich the prospect and company context.

Then use AI to personalize the reason for reaching out — not just generate a fake compliment for the first line.

LinkedIn and email should work together

This became one of the core ideas behind Prosyo.

LinkedIn and email are different channels, but they should understand the same prospect journey.

A sequence might look like:

Day 1: LinkedIn connection request
Day 2: Personalized email
Day 4: LinkedIn follow-up
Day 6: Email follow-up

But there is one rule that matters more than almost anything else:

If someone replies, automation should stop.

Once somebody replies, they are no longer a lead inside a sequence.

They are a conversation.

That sounds obvious, but disconnected outbound tools often get it wrong.

Nothing kills trust faster than:

“Interested. Can we talk Thursday?”

followed by:

“Just bumping this in case you missed my previous message…”

AI should remove repetitive work, not replace the conversation

I don't think AI should “sell for you.”

I think AI is useful for:

Researching prospects
Understanding company context
Writing personalized first drafts
Creating campaign variations
Building sequences
Classifying replies
Surfacing conversations that deserve attention

That gives founders and sales teams more time for the part that actually matters:

Talking to interested prospects.

The metric that matters isn't messages sent

Most outbound dashboards highlight activity:

Emails sent.
Connection requests.
Sequence steps.
Profile actions.

Those numbers are useful, but they're not the business outcome.

I care more about:

Positive replies → qualified conversations → meetings → pipeline

One recent campaign running through Prosyo generated 20+ meetings in its first 10 days.

The interesting part wasn't simply the meeting number.

It was that the process became repeatable.

Instead of rebuilding the outbound stack every time, the team could refine the ICP, messaging, and sequence while keeping the same underlying workflow.

That's the kind of automation I'm interested in building.

Not automation that simply sends more.

Automation that creates leverage.

Where I think outbound is going

I think outbound software will become much more conversational.

Instead of configuring six different tools, you should eventually be able to say:

Find founders of B2B SaaS companies that match this ICP, research the companies, personalize the messaging, build a LinkedIn + email sequence, and prepare it for review.

Then the system handles the repetitive setup.

Humans still decide who to target, what to offer, and how to handle real conversations.

That's the direction we're taking with Prosyo.

What part of your outbound stack still feels unnecessarily fragmented?
